Bullying is a HUGE issue in today's society...in schools, in neighborhoods...and it must be addressed and taken seriously. As an educator and mother of a kindergarten student, I see it firsthand. As adults - parents, educators, neighbors, friends, we MUST take a stand when we see children bullying. It is our responsibility to stop it before it starts through prevention, talking with our children, lessons and explanations about what bullying really is - not only actions, but words.
