Alabama Residents: Plant a Tree for Free

Wish this was nationwide, but it's actually for Alabama residents only, made possible by Alagasco (thanks, Alagasco).

Plant a Tree in 3 Clicks!
With your help, Alagasco will plant 15,000 trees across Alabama in the coming months. You don't even have to get your hands dirty! Just visit Plant-a-Tree and answer three quick multiple-choice questions - that's it - and Alagasco will plant a tree!

Thank you, Alagasco, for a greener Alabama.

My daughter's school planted trees last spring. We went to see them after they were planted and I spoke to her about how she will be able to go back and see those trees grow over the years and remember she put them in the ground.

Following you this Friday!!

That is really cool.

I remember few years back GAP was giving away little tree seedlings as a part of their promotion asking people to plant it.

I'm your newest follower from Friday Follow, though I must admit I'm a little disappointed there's not going to be more talk about champagne. I happen to think that drinking more champagne is a perfectly acceptable new years resolution ;)
